Carli Sowonik breaks school record

On Friday 6/3 Hebron junior Carli Sowonik competed in the IHSAA State Track meet in Bloomington, Indiana.  She cleared 11’3″ placing 12th in the state!   Carli now holds the  girls pole vaulting record  at Hebron!

Carli Sowonik Advances to State Meet

Congratulations to Carli Sowonik!  She set the new Hebron High School pole vault record at 10’9″ and avances to the IHSAA State Track Meet on Friday,June 3.  The Pole Vault starts at 3:00pm EST at the Robert C. Haugh Track and Field Complex, Billy Hayes Track, Indiana University,  Bloomington, IN

IHSAA Girls Track Regionals

Carli Sowonik advances to the Regional

Carli Sowonik was the Sectional Champion in the Pole Vault at the Kankakee Valley Girls Track Sectional. She will advance to the Chesterton Regional on Tuesday May 24th.

Boys Track members advance to the Regional

Congratulations to the boys track team for finishing 5th at the Rensselaer sectional last night. Athletes who advance to the Valparaiso Regional are: 4 by 800 meter relay team – Taylor Wiegman, Joe MacNeill, Corey Wallace, and Daniel Clemens 4 by 100 meter relay team – Austin Lewis, Eric Lyons, Ty Maldonado, and Nick Surber

Middle School Track Cancelled

The middle school track meet scheduled for this evening with Washington Twp. and Westville has been postponed to Wednesday, May 18th at Washington Twp. (4:30 start). The middle school boys will have practice this evening,  The middle school girls will NOT have practice this evening.
